What You Can and Cannot Bring Into the UK

You can bring the following into the UK without paying tax or duty:

  • Alcohol: 42 litres of beer, 18 litres of wine
  • Tobacco: 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250g tobacco
  • Money: £10,000 or more must be declared
  • Gifts: Worth up to £390
