It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, eTA) are valid and meet entry requirements. We provide assistance but cannot be held liable for visa denials or document issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

UK Journey acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for actions, omissions, or defaults of third-party suppliers beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of UK Journey and protected by copyright laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Katowice, Poland.
